L&rsquo;endroit est devenu le rep\u00e8re de la ville. \u00c0 la mani\u00e8re d&rsquo;une cath\u00e9drale des nouvelles technologies informatiques, Softopia a \u00e9t\u00e9 construite en 1996. En 1995, j&rsquo;\u00e9tais \u2014\u00a0avec l&rsquo;installation <em>Mutatis mutandis<\/em> \u2014 dans l&rsquo;exposition inaugurale d&rsquo;un projet volontariste d&rsquo;une \u00e9poque encore fortun\u00e9e, \u00ab\u00a0Interactions&rsquo; 95 \u00bb, mont\u00e9e par M. Itsuo Sakane, lui m\u00eame fondateur ici de IAMAS, Institute of Advanced Media Arts and Sciences.
