Dans l&rsquo;exposition\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Deutsches Design 1949-1989, Zwei L\u00e4nder, eine Geschichte\u00a0\u00bb, trois th\u00e9i\u00e8res de verre presque identiques figurent en introduction. Au premier plan, celle de 1963, sign\u00e9e par Ilse Echo, pour la firme Jenaer Glass maintenue \u00e0 I\u00e9na, apr\u00e8s 1945, dans ce qui sera la\u00a0R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique allemande. Au centre, celle de 1952, par Heinrich L\u00f6ffelhardt, pour la part de Jenaer Glass \u00e9tablie \u00e0 Mayence, en R\u00e9publique f\u00e9d\u00e9rale allemande. L&rsquo;une et l&rsquo;autre se r\u00e9f\u00e8rent \u00e0 celle de l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re-plan, dessin\u00e9e par Wilhelm Wagenfeld en 1931, selon un design fonctionnaliste d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en particulier au Bauhaus, auquel Wagenfeld avait particip\u00e9, et produite \u00e0 I\u00e9na en 1950. Dans ma jeunesse, me consacrant \u00e0 la photo, j&rsquo;ai connaissance du partage que conna\u00eet la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre entreprise d&rsquo;optique Carl Zeiss avec Carl Zeiss Jena, entreprise d&rsquo;\u00c9tat. La compagnie de verre de I\u00e9na, nomm\u00e9e Jenaer Glaswerk Schott &#038; Genossen, contribue avant la guerre et apr\u00e8s, \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de Zeiss.
