On parle des 200 ans des conserveries bretonnes, des \u00ab sardines de garde \u00bb, des \u00ab sardines mill\u00e9sim\u00e9es \u00bb, etc. Cet \u00e9t\u00e9, long reportage dans l&rsquo;\u00e9mission Capital, article dans <em>Le Monde Magazine<\/em>, clip publicitaire sur \u00ab\u00a0C&rsquo;est extra\u00a0\u00bb de L\u00e9o Ferr\u00e9 (les fans se sont offusqu\u00e9s, oubliant deux choses&nbsp;: qu&rsquo;en 1969 Ferr\u00e9 surprend en d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant un mot dont use la publicit\u00e9; et qu&rsquo;<em>extra<\/em> appartient au vocabulaire culinaire). De mon enfance, une chose est rest\u00e9e dans un coin de ma t\u00eate, un malaise non \u00e9clairci&nbsp;: on nous citait un restaurant de grand luxe (Pic \u00e0 Valence) o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on pouvait commander des sardines en conserve, mais qu&rsquo;alors elles \u00e9taient servies dans leur bo\u00eete. Je prenais \u00e7a pour du cynisme, une fa\u00e7on pour le restaurateur de se moquer du pauvre client, ou alors pour du snobisme de la part du client. J&rsquo;ai vu depuis que, par exemple chez Lipp, on vous les sert dans leur bo\u00eete renvers\u00e9e sur une assiette. C&rsquo;est peut-\u00eatre cette histoire de <em>High and Low<\/em> qui m&rsquo;int\u00e9resse et qui r\u00e9veille la po\u00e9tique de la bo\u00eete de sardine. La marque Connetable insiste sur sa bo\u00eete rouge. On voit qu&rsquo;elle devient un cadre, d&rsquo;autant que l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration de mise en conserve est une mise \u00e0 plat. Avant m\u00eame d&rsquo;\u00eatre photographi\u00e9e, c&rsquo;est une image. C&rsquo;est remarquable dans les photos de Wols, cette mise \u00e0 plat rel\u00e8ve de la pesanteur.
