La rubrique DES ARCHIVES \/ 50 ANS re\u00e7oit un moment des plus d\u00e9cisifs. Frank Popper, connu depuis la Biennale de Paris de 1967 et surtout par le travail sur <em>Cin\u00e9tisme-Spectacle-Environnement<\/em> \u00e0 Grenoble en 1968, organise pour la Biennale de 1969 L&rsquo;Atelier du spectateur. Un \u00ab groupe anonyme \u00bb pr\u00e9pare des \u00ab propositions \u00bb susceptibles d&rsquo;inciter une v\u00e9ritable participation du public. Avec l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s 68, deux tendances se heurtent dans la pr\u00e9paration : provoquer des th\u00e8mes politiques ou fournir des instruments. C&rsquo;est la deuxi\u00e8me qui est retenue mais, le jour de l&rsquo;ouverture, le jeudi 2 octobre 1969, au palais Galliera, la participation se traduit en actions violentes, avec bombes de peinture, banderoles, slogans cri\u00e9s et occupation. La salle fermera et Frank Popper sera accus\u00e9 de complicit\u00e9 dans la d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration du mus\u00e9e. Le projet de l&rsquo;un des anonymes figure dans son carnet. C&rsquo;est <em>D\u00e9lai sonore<\/em>, un dispositif produisant un retard de trente secondes entre ce qui est prononc\u00e9 devant un micro et l&rsquo;amplification de ces paroles dans un haut-parleur. Les circonstances ont fait que cela n&rsquo;a jamais eu lieu mais qu&rsquo;une explication destin\u00e9e aux \u00e9tudiants en art de la toute nouvelle universit\u00e9 de Vincennes va ouvrir un exercice de plus de quarante ans.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mercredi 2 octobre 2019.
