H\u00f4tel \u00e9difi\u00e9 en 1882 d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s les plans d&rsquo;Antoine Gouy, architecte genevois, bas\u00e9s sur la repr\u00e9sentation d&rsquo;un chalet de type suisse. Les travaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s en trois mois. Un b\u00e2timent de style italien, annexe au chalet, destin\u00e9 \u00e0 abriter une salle \u00e0 manger d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 et un cabinet de travail, est \u00e9difi\u00e9 en 1896 par L\u00e9on Grosse \u00e0 partir des plans \u00e9tablis par Jean Chevalley. Les d\u00e9cors int\u00e9rieurs proviennent d&rsquo;Italie.
